All positions on all governing bodies serving at LaCasa are volunteer positions for Owner Residents only, and which are completely unpaid and non-compensatory. It is this spirit of community, cooperation, and selflessness which makes LaCasa such a special place to live.
La Casa is run by a Board of Directors who are elected by the Owners at the Annual Meeting, and serve for three year terms. The elected Directors then get together and decide on the President, Secretary and Treasurer for the upcoming year. At the last meeting, the results were as follows for the upcoming year.

The Homeowners of Sarasota County serves the purpose of representing the residents who choose not to become shareholders in the cooperative. The officers and directors for 2007 are as follows:
